We have a double room available in our two-floor flat which is just a 5min walk from Hoxton Overground Station!
Our favourite thing with our flat is the location - it's a walking distance from Columbia Road Flower Market (2mins), Shoreditch High Street (5mins), Brick Lane (10mins), Old Street (20mins) and Liverpool Street (25mins). There's a PureGym right outside the flat and many shops for groceries nearby, including a Tesco, Sainsbury's and Lidl.
The flat has 3 bedrooms and two floors, complete with a living room, kitchen, a balcony with beautiful views of London alongside a separated bathroom and toilet.
- Current Rent = £800 + bills (roughly £90)
- Available to move in from 1st March 2026.
While I'm sad to be leaving this flat to go travelling on a career break, I'm happy to share you'll be living with my two wonderful flatmates:
- Jack (29) has lived at the flat for 4 years, working full time in Insurance. Jack is an avid football fan who loves Arsenal, cricket and sports in general. He's DJ'd at the famous Howl at the Moon pub which is near our flat in the past. He also loves going for a pint with his mates on the weekend.
- Cian (28) moved into the flat last year from Ireland, and is a talented musician who loves the guitar and music production. He's a big rugby fan who started his own Tag Rugby team and likes movies, theatre and general arts. He also likes hanging out on the weekend with his friends, or getting up to creative musical efforts in his spare time.
On behalf of my flatmates, I will say they are both easy going, friendly people who both love hanging out as a friendly flat while also having their own hobbies, friends and respect for someone's else's time and space.
The room itself is one of two twin rooms next to each other, comes furnished, and has enough space for a proper double bed and wardrobe. There's also plenty of additional wardrobe space available with the built in storage cupboards in the hallway if needed.
