We have a double room available in our two-floor flat, 5min walk from Hoxton Overground Station!

- Available to move in from 1st March 2026.

The flat is perfectly located in Hoxton, 3mins walk away from Columbia Road Flower Market and less than 30mins walk to Bank and Old Street.

The flat has 3 bedrooms and two floors, complete with a living room, kitchen, beautiful balcony views of London alongside a separated bathroom and toilet.

While I'm sad to be leaving this flat to go travelling on a career break, I'm happy to share you'll be living with my two wonderful flatmates:

- Jack (29) has lived at the flat for 4 years, working full time in Insurance. Jack is an avid football fan who loves Arsenal and DJs sometimes at the local pubs in Hoxton and Shoreditch.

- Cian (28) moved into the flat last year from Ireland, and is a talented musician who loves the guitar and music production.

The room itself is one of two twin rooms, comes furnished, and has enough space for a proper double bed and wardrobe. There's also plenty of additional wardrobe space available with the built in storage cupboards in the hallway.
