I’m sadly moving out of my flat share after 3.5 years, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room and join our contract. This is one bedroom in a 4-bed house, with a spacious kitchen and a living room. The room has a double bed, large built-in wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
The contract ends August 1st, but we have renewed our contract for the last 3 years so you’ll be able to renew if you want to stay for longer (like I did!) ❤️

Location: Hoxton (5 mins to Shoreditch, 10 mins to Broadway Market, 10 mins to Dalston)

Transport: Hoxton overground (5 mins), Old Street underground (15 mins)

Flatmates: Three lovely ladies in their mid-20s

Rent: £865 (bills not included, ~£100)
