Looking for a new flatmate – Hoxton avail 5 March

Hey! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly, social flat from 5 March.

The room is £800 per month, bills included, and there’s no deposit 🎉 The room itself is small, so it would suit someone who doesn’t WFH often.

The flat has two toilets and two showers, a lovely garden, and a spacious kitchen/living room that we genuinely enjoy using.

You’d be living with three flatmates all in our 30s — 1 Aussie, 1 Kiwi, and 1 South African. We’re an easygoing, social bunch and are ideally looking for a male flatmate, late 20s–30s, who’s chill, respectful, and comfortable in a social home.

We love a good chat, shared meals or drinks, and hanging out, but we also fully respect personal space, privacy, and everyone having their own social lives — so no pressure, just good vibes.

Location is super convenient:
🚆 1–2 minutes walk to Hoxton Overground
🚌 Plenty of bus routes nearby
📍 Great area with loads of cafes, pubs, and local spots
