Spare room in Hoxton

A large room with lots of storage, in a new build tower block on the 23rd floor. Apologies for the slight mess, we are in the process of moving current flatmates out. You will have your own bathroom with a bath (not ensuite) which will also occasionally serve as a guest bathroom if you don’t mind! Large winter garden which is fully enclosed, with sweeping views of London, east to west. The room itself can be rejigged to fit a large king size bed, albeit with a bit less desk space. I can keep it furnished or unfurnished, entirely up to you! Can comfortably house (and have) two people. Good amenities in the building with cinema room, gym, gardens, and plenty of working spaces throughout the building. Absolutely no smoking indoors!

Decent speakers too which you can tap into at anytime. There is one other flatmate named Vinnie who is a cat. I cook a lot and really value someone who loves food and likes to keep the kitchen tidy. Also as an architect would love to find someone who is working in creative fields :)
