Double room available, shared bathroom with Cam. I use the shower and he uses the bath so it is convenient.
It is a duplex, Cam and Steph’s rooms are on the upper floor.
Steph from Greece and Cam Asutralian are both professionals in their 30’s, kind and welcoming, enjoy working out.
Great location, quiet building, I work from home, they work from the office most days of the week expect Friday’s. Large kitchen and living room with loads of space.
I am going back to Spain hence looking for a replacement. I am selling all the furniture less than 1 year old, desk £30, chest drawers £65, office chair £30, bed frame £50, single sofa bed/chair £120, shoe rack £10, side table £10, and other things if needed. The cupboard and mattress are included.
Viewings starting 4/02. Bills not included: cleaner, internet, council tax, water, gas, electricity.
