Room in three bed Hoxton flat with garden

Looking for a new flatmate to join a Hoxton flat with two other people. The flat is around the corner from Hoxton Overground, about 5 min walk or 15 min walk to Old Street underground.

You’ll be living with Scottish two males, Giulio and Tommy, both in their late twenties. They are a queer household so would love to meet another LGBT+ person or a lovely ally. The house feels like a home and they would love someone to join that energy.

The flat is on two floors with the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and the living room, kitchen and extra toilet downstairs. We have a living room with french doors out to a little garden. It’s used plenty during summer for bbq and drinks.

The bedroom is furnished with a bed (mattress included), bedside drawers, a white wardrobe (mirror included) and some shelving on the wall.

Some notable walkable areas from the flat include 5 min walk from Columbia rd, 10 min walk from Shoreditch and 15 min walk from Broadway market.

I’ve currently taken an offer for a flat from 1st March (can discuss earlier date).
