The flat is just minutes from Hoxton Overground, around a 10 minute walk to Old Street, and about 15 minutes to Liverpool Street. Columbia Road Flower Market is close by for Sunday adventures and there are loads of local shops nearby including Tesco, plus great cafés, pubs and food spots all around.

🏡 The Flat
Set on a no-through road, so it’s peaceful and not full of traffic noise. The flat feels cosy and homely. Shared living areas, kitchen and bathroom, all kept clean and looked after.

🛏 The Room
Good size double room with space for a desk if you have to wfh a couple times a week. A great spot to relax and switch off after work.

You’d be living with me, I’m a friendly, easygoing working professional. Work long hours in a gym so I’m around, but not really around. I’m sociable and up for a chat or the occasional wine or TV evening, but also respect personal space and quiet time during the weeknights. I enjoy all sorts of crafting, playing the sims and exploring London(s pubs) with pals on the weekends. I keep the flat tidy and would love to live with someone who’s similar - considerate, clean, and just generally good vibes.
