Double room in a 2-bed flat available in Hoxton

Hi everyone,

My name is Caterina, originally from Verona (Italy) and I've been based in London since 2018. I'm a professional contemporary dancer (holding a Master in Choreography) and I freelance as a choreographer and dancer for a variety of sectors such as films, music videos, theatre, installations, tv etc.

My flatmate is moving out on the 18th of March (she is moving in with her best friend) and I'm currently looking for someone likeminded to take her spot in our sweet and super well located 2 Bedroom flat. We are on the 7th floor of a council building, which is 4' walks from Hoxton station, 18' walk from Old Street station, and around 22' from Liverpool Street station. It's honestly amazingly easy to go anywhere from here.

Rent is £1100 each
Deposit: £1200
Bills, Wifi, council £270 each (variable)

The flat is currently furnished (as you see in pictures), but it all belongs to my current flatmate - who is happy to sell anything needed from her bedroom.
I'm currently looking to have less furniture in the living room and create a larger open space for me to continue working there (dancing, researching - adding some mirrors etc), so ideally I'm looking for someone who has an office to work from and enjoys coming back home in the evening and have a relaxing time (open to other options for the right candidate/someone who also is a creative and will be at times working from home). My work oscillates between very busy times to very quiet and research-based times, where I am creating new ideas for future choreographic works. I also travel to Italy every 2 months to see my family for a week or so.

I enjoy a common space that feels calm, very clean and tidy - I really value someone who is aware of how they leave the common spaces and that genuinely cares for everyone to have a smooth time. I enjoy having my own space, as well as having friends over for a tea or a chat. Definitely not a big party person, so if that's something you look for in a house, might not be the right fit. However, I do love organising gatherings with friends, having dinner together and enjoy chatting/ listening to music/dancing.
I don't drink much alcool due to health related issues, so I'm also looking for someone who has a moderate relationship with it.

My boyfriend Will lives only 4' walk from my place and I spend a lot of the evening time with him, either at his or at mine - we are usually quiet and relaxed people who enjoy chatting or eating together as well as giving the other person their own space and quiet time.
