I am looking for someone who is clean, knows to respect others privacy and pays the rent on time. The room is part of a nicely decorated two bedrooms, one bathroom flat. We’ll be sharing the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The location is excellent, in central London, just a short stroll away from Old Street station. Bills not included. Viewings are available during the weekend. No pets, no smoking inside and no parties. Thanks!
