Hello :)

I have a double room to rent throughout March - please note, it's March only. There's a shared kitchen and living room, tv room, bathroom and garden. The kitchen is very well equipped - kitchenaid, blenders, nice knives, you name it, and the flat is wonderfully decorated throughout.

The place is just off Hoxton Street - it's a great location, Zone 1 so super central and close to Shoreditch, Old Street, London Fields, etc. It's 5 minutes walk to Hoxton Overground and 12 minutes work to Old Street (Northern Line).

Rent is 1450 inclusive of water, broadband and rates. Gas and electric is to be paid on top - we'll split this 50/50 depending on usage (it'll be approx 50-60 quid).

A little about me: I'm a 33 year old female, single, initially from Manchester, but moved down to London some time ago. Recently quit my job - yikes - in the hopes of finding something I'm passionate about. Love: food in all forms (baking, cooking, eating), being in nature, pilates, music, sunshine, etc etc. I'm looking for someone who is chill, friendly, clean, and doesn't judge me for taking two sugars in my tea.
