I have a wonderful 2 bed flat available from early march. There's 2 bedrooms, a shared kitchen/living room, bathroom, garden, and spare room (it's currently full of my stuff, but before I move out, this will be moved and the room will be empty, so you could use this as an office if you WFH!). The flat is wonderfully decorated throughout.

The place is just off Hoxton Street - it's a great location, Zone 1 so super central and close to Shoreditch, Old Street, London Fields, the City etc. It's 5 minutes walk to Hoxton Overground and 12 minutes work to Old Street (Northern Line).

Rent is 2800 per month (1450/1350 per room) inclusive of water, broadband and council tax! Only remaining bills are gas and electric to be paid on top (which come between 60-100 per month for the whole flat).

I have spent a lot of time and care in turning this place into a cosy little home, so I'd appreciate tenants who are respectful to their environment.
