I’m getting married at the end of the month so need to sublet my room asap!
Rent for March is £850 (could negotiate).
All bills included + a cleaner every 2 weeks
Location: Zone 1, 10 mins walk to Shoreditch, 10 mins bus to Liverpool Street station, 10 mins walk to Old Street station (Northern Line), 10 mins walk to Hoxton overground
Has a living room and balcony, toilet has a sink and is separate to the shower. The bed can be pulled out to become a double. There’s currently 2 males in their mid 20’s in the flat (both lovely, I’ve never had a problem with them, one is in a long term relationship and works in graphic design, the other one works in finance and is social and chill). 2 new flatmates will also be joining soon.
