Dreamy home in Hoxton/Haggerston

Looking for a friendly, clean, considerate girl to join our home in Hoxton/Haggerston as sadly our housemate Hannah is moving back to Australia.

We are three friendly girls between the ages of 27-33- Kate (Brit), Claire (Irish), and Josie (Kiwi). We are a very chilled household and see our house as our home. We are into all the usual fun things like pub trips, reality TV, markets, cooking, walking/running along the canal/or around three close parks (Victoria park, London Fields, and Haggerston).

We all work full time, we all go to the office a couple of days a week so ideally you would have a similar hybrid or office job.

Historically we all tend to come and go and keep a good mix of having our own lives but like to come together when the timing works and we all get along well as friends.

The room is fab, it has wooden floors and a massive wardrobe. The room comes furnished. There would be room to fit a small desk in the room if you needed. There are two bathrooms between us, one with a shower. We have a cleaner that comes fortnightly to keep everything nice and tidy.

Location could not be better. We are only a minute from Regents Canal, less than a 10 minutes walk away along the canal is Broadway Market. We are also 10 minutes away from Columbia Road Market. Dalston is just up Kingsland Road and in the opposite direction is Hoxton and Shoreditch. There are lots of pubs and cafes in walking distance of our home.

We have a fantastic private garden, a bigger communal garden, a well equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with a big TV which we all like watching in the evening.

Rent is £925 plus bills which are roughly £100. The lease is locked in until June 2027 so no increase in rent anytime soon. Move in date is flexible but ideally around 28th March.

Kim our agent is super friendly and responsive to sorting out any issues or transfers. You don't have to stay until the end of the tenancy but a minimum stay of a year would be preferred so there isnt too much movement in the house. You will need to go on the lease and able to pay the deposit (£1150). You will also need to have a full time job and pass referencing.

It is honestly such a special home with girls that really care about each other and make an effort to keep it nice, tidy and a relaxing environment.
