I’m sadly leaving this lovely flat in April and lookin to find a replacement.
We’re currently looking for a new flatmate. The flat is by Hoxton station and just off Colombia road.
The room comes with the double bed frame and large wardrobe. The rest of the flat is fully furnished.
The currently flatmate is a lovely 25 year old who works hybrid in Liverpool Street. She’s really friendly and a chill flatmate but works long hours at the office.
The flat is in a quiet area off the main road with lots of amenities nearby.
Looking for someone to move in late March, early April but am flexible on dates
Rent is £1325. with bills being around £150, this includes a monthly cleaner.
