Hoxton flat

My bedroom in our sweet Hoxton flat will be available from the 1st of April to the 4th of July. You’ll have one other flatmate Fiona, who’s very lovely. The flat is super centrally located in trendy east London and very well connected. You’re a 3-minute walk to the Hoxton overground, which is a few stops to the Elizabeth line. And you’re a 15-minute walk to old street station. I walk to work which I will very much miss! Busses can also easily get you to the west end, but you’ll enjoy a quick walk to Brick Lane, Columbia flower market, and Broadway Market. As the weather gets warmer, you can enjoy walking along the canal to Victoria Park.
We’re looking for a fun gal between 20 and 35 who is respectful and clean. Perks of the flat are that Fiona runs a doughnut stall and sometimes brings home goodies.
The room is 1200/mo and that includes all bills. The flat will only be available from the dates specified without an option to extend. Please message me if this sounds like a good fit!
