Family townhouse.
We are a young couple aged 43/44 with a 10yo daughter. We have a kitten Willow.
We are hoping to find a professional to join our home.
There are 4 bedrooms within the home over 3 floors - 2 bedrooms on the top floor which the family use. 1 en-suite largest bedroom on the middle floor which is available to rent. It’s a lovely room with a kingsized bed (furniture can be added or taken away depending on requirements).
The 4th bedroom is on the ground floor, currently used as our office with a guest bed.
There is a bathroom or shower/toilet room on each floor.
Back garden extending into a shared area and small patio at the entrance of the house.
Lounge is located on the middle floor which can be used by all. Kitchen is large enough for a dinning table with ample space.
Coffee machine. Microwave. Dishwasher all in situ.
