I'm unfortunately moving out so need a new person to take my room - you'll be in good company with Blair. A great flatmate who loves sports and a good chat. He's a working professional and super easy to live with (keeps a tidy flat!)
Hoxton is a great location - if walking, you can get to Shoreditch in 15 mins, Regents Canal in 2 minutes, Angel in 15 mins, and Kings cross is 2 stops away on the tube.
