Hi! We (Natasha + Anna) are looking for a new flatmate to move into our 3 bed Hoxton flat. Eve, our current third flatmate, is moving out to move in with her boyfriend. We are looking to replace her on the tenancy.

THE FLAT
Rent is £1108.34 a month, plus bills (around £150 a month each - high council tax bracket sadly 🥲).
Move in deposit - 5 weeks rent

The flat is a modern building between Hoxton Street and Kingsland Road. It’s really well located. Hoxton overground is a few mins walk, and Old street is less than 15 mins walk. The flat has a shared kitchen, living and dining area, plus a nice balcony! There are 2 bathrooms. 1 en-suite (Natasha’s) and 1 shared between Anna’s and the room we are looking to fill. The flat comes furnished. The room will come with double bed + mattress (with underbed storage), and wardrobe with shelves + hanging space. Please note: bed is currently in the middle of the room, but there’s a few old pictures added too. It does fit a small desk - ideally suited for someone who mostly works in the office.

Room available from 4th May, and the contract is until start of October (but moving to periodic with Renter’s Rights anyway!). We are hoping for someone who wants to stay long term. For referencing, you must be earning a minimum of 33k OR have a U. K. based guarantor (guarantor must have minimum earnings of 40k) - this is a non-negotiable.

We’re 27/28, have lived together for the last 6 months, and are chilled out people. We like a balance of having quiet time at home, and having friends over for dinner/a drink. We want to live somewhere that feels really calm (not a party house). We both have desks in our room to wfh, but are mostly in the office in the City each week.

Anna is a program manager and works in the City 5 days a week. She likes dinner and drinks with friends, trashy tv, 1rebel, reading, fashion, still exploring London as she moved down from Scotland 2 years ago, and having a laugh !

Natasha is a lawyer. She loves canal runs, seeing her friends, green spaces, east London bakeries, and exploring both London and travelling! Also loves reading and little creative hobbies. She works in the city and is wfh 1-2 days a week.

We’d love to live with someone with a similar lifestyle and interests, roughly ages 27-32, and queer friendly! We’d love a flatmate who wants to make our flat feel like a home, is up for getting the odd drink or dinner out, having a nice chat in the kitchen, or grabbing a coffee and going for a mooch around east and a pint. Chipping in to help keep things clean and tidy is important to us. Only girls/gays/theys, and no couples or pets, sorry!

We will try to have a quick FaceTime with people before inviting anyone over to view. We’ve got availability to view on Monday eve, Tuesday early eve, and then over the weekend. Eve moves out on the 2nd so we’re keen to find someone to replace here asap but want to make sure it’s the right fit! Ideally looking for someone who is keen and ready to move from 3rd - 10th May.
