Furnished double room in a flat with 3 friendly flatmates (ages 26–33) on a sunny side of the building. Available from 8th June.
About the room:
The room is bright and south-facing, bringing in plenty of natural light throughout the day. Comes furnished by the agency. Please note TV, two bedside tables and one desk belong to the current tenant and will be removed.
The flat:
3 male flatmates, ages 26–33, including one student. Clean and relaxed atmosphere. A cleaner visits monthly to maintain the communal areas.
