Large Double Bedroom w/balcony & living room

Hi everyone! 😊
I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at my flat because I’ll be moving back to my home country earlier than expected.
It’s a great place, and I’ve really enjoyed living here and so sad because im moving out. Living with a balcony in my room and having a living room was such a privilege :)
The neighbourhood is also such a chill place. There is tesco’s ,cute local coffee shops and a great local pub 3 mins away. Street is very quiet and nearest tube is 7mins by walking!
I have lived in different places in London and this house is definitely the best one i have ever lived!
