What needs to be provided to the letting agency:
* 6 months recent bank statements showing income and rent payments (account number and sort code can be redacted)

This house is rented as whole, not room by room

The Housemates
You’ll be living with 3 fab girls:
* Anna (26), who is a pharma analyst
* Megan (25), who is a graphic designer
* Rosie (25), who works in music & events

The girls are sociable, clean and respectful of shared spaces.

The girls are looking for a friend as much as a housemate! Age range between (25–27) and someone who is friendly, tidy and will respect communal spaces.
