Big & bright double room with ensuite in Hoxton

We’ve got a bright double room becoming available in Hoxton (E2). It is located on the top floor of a townhouse-style flat. The room features two large floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light, plus an en suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. There’s also a built-in double wardrobe and additional private storage space on your own landing.

The landing opens onto a sunny patio overlooking the flat’s private backyard, which forms part of a larger gated shared outdoor space tucked away from the street. Essentially, you have the whole top level of the house to yourself to use as your own sanctuary.

You’ll be living with three friendly, sociable girls (two Kiwis and one Aussie) who keep the flat relaxed, clean and welcoming.

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat:
5 minute walk to Hoxton Overground and Hoxton Market/Lidl
10 minutes walk to Broadway Market and London Fields
15 minutes walk to Victoria Park or Dalston
15 minute cycle to Angel and London Bridge

The only slight unknown at the moment is the move-in date, as we’re currently waiting to finalise our own house purchase. We expect the room to be available sometime in June or early July. We appreciate that this is frustrating, however, but we should have a clearer picture of when this will be in the coming days-weeks.

Bills for a couple are approximately £290/month. This includes WIFI, water, power/heating, council tax (band F), Netflix, Amazon Prime and general house amenities.
