a single room with garden view

Both rooms are available separately, so you can choose the one that suits you.

Each room is quiet, full of natural light, and comes with a desk and wardrobe.

The flat has a modern kitchen, bathroom with shower, and separate toilet. Please note there is no separate living room.

Rent: £1,200 per room, bills included

Move-in dates:
• Double room: 6 July 2026
• Single room: 18 July 2026

Minimum stay: 12 months
