We have 2 rooms available in a flat share in Hoxton (E2 8DY). They're both available from 5th June onwards.

Room 1
Spacious double room with a large, newly renovated ensuite. The room comes furnished with a queen bed frame and mattress, a desk and a wardrobe.
This room is £1350 + Bills per month and ideal for a single or couple.

Room 2
Upstairs, with shared bathroom. Enormous floorspace with skylight and 2 attic storage areas (limited by spareroom photos).
This room is £1100 + Bills per month and ideal for a single.

The Flat:

Two-story flat in a repurposed horse stable building. The flat consists of 4 bedrooms (2 upper floor, 2 lower floor) & 3 bathrooms (1 upper floor, 2 lower). It’s very spacious with an oversized kitchen/living area (with all cooking and living essentials sorted) plus heaps of additional storage and a separate bike shed if needed. We’re located just a 5 min walk from Hoxton overground and 15 mins from Old Street station plus access to heaps of bars/pubs/restaurants/cafes within walking distance making it an ideal location for someone wanting to get the best out of Central London and Hackney.

The Flatmates:

You’ll be joining 2 individuals - Both Australian (1 female, 1 male) in late 20s/early 30s. All full-time working professionals who keep busy during the week with work and try to enjoy everything London has to offer. Very relaxed flatting environment, everyone gets along and enjoys a debrief/yarn in the kitchen.

You:

We’re open to either a couple or an individual - ideally in their late 20’s/early 30’s that’s had experience in share houses, is respectful, tidy and keen to get involved in the flat. You’ll need to go on the lease and pass reference checks so full-time work is essential
