Hoxton flat in friendly female household!

I am looking for someone to fill my cute room in Hoxton from August 1!

More than happy to do virtual viewings + send a video of my room for more context on the space!

The area is the BEST, located just off hackney road where so many nice cafes, bars and food places are ☕️ 4 minute walk to Hoxton overground (🥰) or to the 26 and 55 buses which get you into central in just over 20 mins 🚌 Even more bus options that quickly get you into the city on Kingsland road which is a 6 min walk! Lime bike parking directly outside 🚲 15 min walk to Broadway market, Regents canal and London fields 🌳

The room is small but it’s been amazing as someone who moved recently with my three suitcases. There is storage for a few big boxes under the bed plus enough space for a set of draws and cubes. There is space to hang coats just outside the room on a coat rack. It comes w the bed and the one set of clothes draws.

There are 3 other girls you’d be living with who are 25-27, all working professionals and so lovely. Everyone is busy with their own lives but always up for a nice chat and catchup in the kitchen and when eating meals, it’s a really friendly and chill environment.

Ideally, you will have full time employment and proof of stable income + not need to wfh more than once per week as there’s no space for a desk!

£800 p/m and about £100 p/m for bills.
