Sociable and clean flat share in N1 Hoxton with 2 girls and 1 gay guy looking to find a 4th flatmate to take over this room from the 23rd June. We unfortunately don’t have a living room but frequently have drinks in our hallway. We are a community vibes home that often go out together but also respect each others spaces and working lives. Amazing travel connections - short walk to Old street tube & Hoxton overground & buses, lovely area feels very safe

Move in date tbc/flexible around June 23rd - July 1st

Bills £80-£100 pcm

Landlord is nice & very chill, gets things fixed quickly. Rent went up a little in March so won’t go up again until at least next March
