We're looking for a friendly new housemate to join our 3-bed flat just a short walk from Old Street and Shoreditch Park from 22 July (with some flexibility on the move-in date)

The Flat
• Modern top-floor apartment in a new-build development
• Spacious open-plan kitchen and living area
• Large wrap-around balcony with great views
• Lift access and secure bike storage
• Excellent transport links to Old Street, Hoxton, Shoreditch and the City

The Room
• Furnished double bedroom
• Includes bed, wardrobe and desk
• Shared bathroom with one other housemate

Bills
Approx. £130–£150 per month total:
• Council Tax: £80
• Internet: £14.25
• Gas & Electricity: £30–£45 (depending on usage)
• Water: approx. £90 every few months

About Us
Pablo (25) – Originally from the Canary Islands and working in the creative industry. Into cooking, films, live music, travelling and the occasional pub night. I've lived here for two years and genuinely love the flat.
Jason (25) – Originally from the US and working in real estate. Big music fan, enjoys charity shopping, exploring London and meeting new people.

We're sociable and enjoy spending time together, but we also respect each other's space and keep the flat relaxed, tidy and easy-going.

Who We're Looking For
Someone in their mid-20s to early 30s who is working full-time (office or hybrid preferred), considerate, tidy and looking for more than just a room. We'd love to find someone who enjoys a chat in the kitchen, the occasional meal or drink together, and wants to contribute to a friendly home atmosphere.
