The room is on the ground floor and has plenty of storage for one person.

Please note: the room shares a partition wall with the neighbouring bedroom. Most tenants have found it perfectly comfortable, but it may not be the best fit for someone who is an extremely light sleeper or particularly sensitive to everyday household noise.

You’ll be sharing with four women aged 26–30.

Our backgrounds include UK (Polish/Turkish heritage), Italian, German and Korean.

We work across operations, engineering and other professional fields. We’re friendly, respectful and generally do our own thing. This is more of an independent professional house-share than a highly social flatshare, so it would suit someone looking for a peaceful base in a great location.

The flat works best when everyone takes responsibility for communal areas and helps keep things pleasant for everyone.

We’re currently making ongoing improvements to create a cleaner, more comfortable home environment and are looking for someone who values the same. We’d especially love to hear from people who naturally keep on top of cleaning and treat shared spaces with care.

Due to the layout of the flat and the limited communal space, this room would be best suited to someone who primarily works outside of the home.
