Double room 2 mins walk from Hoxton Overground

Hey all,

We’re looking for someone to join our lovely little house in Hoxton, just 2 minutes walk from the Overground station.

The room itself is on the ground floor and is a decent size. There’s a double bed and plenty of storage, as well as a bathroom about 5 feet away that the upstairs tenants rarely use.

There is a shared living room/kitchen area downstairs with a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, as well as a large garden which is a massive sun trap and ideal for warmer days and BBQs in the summer months.

There are 2 bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). The upstairs bathroom has a shower, and there’s another separate shower upstairs, too.

You’ll be sharing with 3 professionals (a South African, a Kiwi and a Geordie) with varying interests. Kris is a musician and wrestler who works in healthcare for his day job. Janine is also a musician who works in hospitality, and Cory, who works in procurement for a law firm, and enjoys live music and travelling.

We’re all pretty easy going, with a shared love for music, food and just overall being pretty chill. The local community is full of really positive and creative people, too.

We’re looking for a female to keep the balance (at our landlady’s request). Someone who is clean, chilled out and a decent person above all else. We’re fairly social but we also respect each other’s privacy.
