1 double bed room in Hoxton

Hey! We've got a sunny double room going in our lovely Hoxton flat from around 13th July (with a bit of flexibility for the right person).

You'll be living with two girls in their late 20s/early 30s who are genuinely the best housemates you could ask for – super friendly, kind, easy-going and always up for a chat, but equally respectful of everyone's own space and plans.

We're ideally looking for another girl of a similar age who'll be a good fit for the flat. We'd also prefer someone who doesn't work from home full-time, as the flat works best when everyone's got a bit of a mix between home and office life.

The flat is in an amazing location, just a 6-minute walk from Hoxton Station and surrounded by loads of great cafés, pubs, restaurants and parks. We're literally right next door to Lidl, a short walk from Columbia Road Flower Market, and about 20 minutes on foot to both London Fields and Islington.

The flat has a newly renovated kitchen, one main bathroom and an extra toilet downstairs, plus a cleaner who comes round every fortnight. The room itself is a good-sized double that gets loads of natural light and comes furnished with the basics.

Rent is £855 pcm, with bills usually coming to under £100 a month.

I'm honestly really sad to be leaving as I've loved living here. The girls have become great friends and it's such an easy, happy place to live. If I wasn't moving on, I'd definitely be staying! It's also a such a bargain for the area.
