Tucked just behind the famous Columbia Road flower market, a gorgeous, modern 3-bed house is looking for a new housemate.
You will be living with Laolu and Jeremie, two people of colour working in the fashion and creative industries.
It’s not a party house but friends and partners are always welcome. We’ll occasionally have people over for dinners and BBQs in our backyard as well.
A very clean household is a must for us!
The outgoing housemate is taking a few pieces from the house, so someone looking to build a long-term home is what we’re ideally after.
The room is furnished (bed, desk, shelves, built in wardrobe) but this is replacement furniture to what you see in the photo as the outgoing housemate has taken that with them.
