Columbia Rd 1 Month Sublet

Looking for someone to sublet my double room August 2-September 2nd (can be slightly flexible); room will be available from Sep 9th onwards so if someone’s interested in a lease transfer that can also be discussed! Room is right behind Columbia Road & super well-connected! For the sublet, I will cover bills and ask just for the rent which is £930.

You’d be living with two respectful and chill girls. We all have busy schedules but are happy to catch up and hang out in shared spaces whenever possible.

Really important to me that this space will be taken care of whilst I’m gone. Would love someone who is friendly, very clean, & responsible.
