Short term lease available in Hoxton

Looking for someone to take over my lease, ending 7th April 2027 in Hoxton, just off old street. 5 min walk to Hoxton station, 4 min walk to Lidl supermarket and plenty of pubs and cafes in close proximity.
Price excludes bills and council tax, due monthly. Must be full time worker with stable income. Unfortunately there isn’t space to work from home. You’ll be living with 2x Australian females.

Georgia - 31. Also super fun and good vibes to be around. Social and creative. Works in fashion. Super fun household to be in and no doubt you’ll make two new friends out of your time here! Girly flat that’s clean and well looked after. The room itself is small (but perfect for a short term lease), the bed is bigger than a single but I don’t think it’s quite a double, clean fairly new mattress that’s really comfortable. The room has ample storage such as overhead storage, shelving and under bed, plus a chest of drawers, robe is located just outside of the room.
Sorry, females preferred and must be between ages of 27-35.
Can be flexible with move in date.
