Quirky Warehouse Double Overlooking Canal

Hey there!
We’re looking to sublet my room short term as I have been made redundant and need to cover rent.

You’d have full access to the subletted room and main space in between Haggerston and Hoxton station just off kingsland high street . Good connections via bus and overground, short walk from old street. We have local shops including many off licenses, Tesco and Lidl in close reach. Super close to Shoreditch park and a better health leisure center.

You’d be living with myself River(they/them, 34) & Stan (he/him, 29). Stan works full time with occasional days from home as a motion graphics designer, he’s also freelancing as a videographer/director.
I’m currently looking for work but previously worked in people and culture and freelance creatively when I can. Love drawing and character design.
We love a good bake! Together we love watching movies, cooking, walking along the canal to broadway market on a Sundays for a sweet treat.

The room is huge, tall ceilings and massive windows so lots of light. I can remove as much as you would need from the room but ideally as it’s a short let wouldn’t want to take everything out but can be negotiated depending on what you bring. We also have a stage which is where our lounge is, that has storage underneath for all your things. Plenty of room for suitcases.
