Spacious double bedroom with ensuite, in a high-ceiling loft with lots of natural light.

The building is situated on a leafy square with a tennis court and basketball court, the world’s best off-licence, and a cinema and pub right on your doorstep.

Rent is 1750 per person. Extra required for mezzanine space to be private — essentially you will have the top-floor to your self: bedroom, bathroom, large office space.

All house costs are roughly 250 p/m per person: bills, streaming, council tax, cleaner who does everything + changes bedding and ironing.

Hey, I’m Mads — Aussie in London

I’m a creative turned Big 4 Consultant, so I have a real love for music, art, and theatre, and I bring a fun but calming energy to my living space. I’m big on open communication, staying organised, and finding obscure things at markets.

I love to cook, stay active, travel, and keep learning.

My past housemates would say I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I lived happily with one housemate for 7 years, another for 4, and my current flatmate found a 1BR deal too good to pass up, so I must be doing something right.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is grounded, open, and up for building a genuine friendship. Shared meals sometimes, the odd glass of Pinot, boardgames… But also a healthy respect for solo time.
