One-month sublet, large double room, lovely flat

Hey everyone!

I'm looking to sublet my room for one month from Aug 20 - Sept. 20 while away from London. If you're seeking a slightly shorter or longer period (anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks), I'm flexible on the exact duration and the start/end dates. We can prorate the listed price depending on how long you stay.

About the flat: Lovely, spacious two-bedroom flat just a 3-minute walk from Hoxton station. Super central location, with many cafes, restaurants, pubs, and parks in walking distance. The flat is comfortable and stylishly furnished. The bedroom contains a double bed, night table, large wardrobe, cabinet, and mirror, and faces the building’s inner courtyard. The listed price includes the rent, utilities, wifi, council tax, and a weekly cleaner – so no extra hidden fees. Before you arrive, the bedroom will be thoroughly cleaned and the linens changed.

About the flatmate: You’d be spending the month with Anna, originally from Germany but living in London for over ten years. She often works nights, so you’ll regularly have the place to yourself in the evening. When she is around, Anna is often up for chatting over a glass of wine, going for dinner, or hanging out. If you’re the type of person who prefers to do their own thing, that’s fine as well.

About you: It's paramount that you are a respectful, kind, responsible, progressively-minded person who cleans up after themselves and takes care of the space. Bonus points if you’re quirky / fun / friendly. Anna prefers a female flatmate, so they will be given priority. Both locals and folks passing through the city are welcome to apply.
