Hii! I'm looking for someone to take over one of the bedrooms in my flat as my friend (and flatmate) is moving back home. Price is £1,400 + bills (£158.71) so £1558.71 total.

We live in a really cool, spacious 2-bed flat in Haggerston. The flat is in an ideal location, on the road parallel to the canal (a 2-minute walk from Towpath), and walking distance from De Beauvoir, Shoreditch and Dalston. Being on the canal means it's easy to get to Angel and London Fields too which we've loved!

About the flat:
- First floor flat in a converted warehouse with parquet flooring throughout
- Two bedrooms, one bathroom
- Big open plan living and kitchen space (we've gradually furnished the flat over the last year of living here and think we've curated a really nice vibe!)

- Haggerston (London Overground) ~5–7 min walk
- Hoxton (London Overground) ~8–10 min walk
- Old Street (Northern line) roughly 17–20 min walk

About me:
I'm 26 and have been living in London for 3 years. I've been in this flat for a year and genuinely love it! I work marketing (for a tech company) and spend 3 days a week in the office. I love my life in London - going to the cinema, seeing friends, trying new restaurants and working out - and I'm looking for a clean and kind roommate who will enjoy living here as much as I do.
