Double room in friendly Hoxton home with garden!

Hello potential future housemate! Our beloved housemate is sadly moving back to Australia, but that means we are looking for a female or non-binary individual to keep our 4-bed Hoxton home well-balanced!

The Essentials:

The flat, located in Hoxton (E2), is split across two floors with four bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen/living room, garden, one bathroom/toilet on the top floor and additional toilet on the bottom floor.

Rent is approx £905.00, inclusive of all bills, and the ideal move-in date is 1st October (though there may be a little flexibility either side for the right person). Viewings will take place only on the evening of Wednesday 16th September. Deposit if £875.00

The Housemates:

You’ll be living with Ufuk (M), Noa (F) and Sam (M), all aged 30-31, all from different countries, and working across Economic Research, Architecture and Video Production. Whilst we all have our own lives and friendship groups outside the house, we are pretty sociable at home, and like to hang out in the communal areas (especially in the garden) when we all happen to be at home.

We welcome having friends over to make use of the space, and tend to have one big Summer and Christmas party every year. We are looking for someone who wants to join a friendly, communal home. Since we all work in the office at least 4 times a week, we will give heavy preference to those who primarily do not work from home most of a normal week.

The Room:

Your bedroom is situated on the ground floor. It comes fully furnished with an Ottoman Bed (with underbed storage), mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe, shelves, and bedside table. The desk
in the photos is the only thing not included. Rent is approximately £905.00/month which includes ALL bills, including wifi and a fortnightly cleaner.

The Location (simply unmatched):

Arguably our favourite thing about living here is the location. You can access all of the following by walking:

- Hoxton Overground (5 mins); Old St (15 mins); Liverpool St (20 mins)
- Columbia Road (5 mins), Broadway Market & London Fields (15 mins) and Victoria Park (20-25 mins)
- An abundance of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, gyms, grocery store

Who we’re looking for

Send us a message about yourself if you:

- Are 28-32(ish) and identify as Female or Non-Binary
- Are available on the evening of Wednesday 16th September for viewings
- Can move in as close to 1st October as possible
- Primarily do not work from home
- Are looking for a long-term place to call home, ideally for at least a year
- Have (or are looking to build) your own life and friends, but are equally looking to join a friendly and communal life with your housemates

Viewings will be arranged for the evening of Wednesday 16th September, where you will meet Noa and Sam. Since Ufuk is currently out of the country, we may request you have a short FaceTime call with him later that same week. If you are chosen for a viewing, we aim to let everyone know of the outcome, one way or another, by Sunday 20th September.
