I am looking for someone to take over my existing tenancy as I am moving out. The replacement tenant will take over the tenancy subject to V&V Properties’ approval and referencing.

The room is furnished and the flat has kitchen facilities and two WCs/bathroom facilities, washer, dryer and dishwasher as well!
