A genuinely great size double, furnished with a wardrobe and double bed/mattress. Plenty of room for extra furniture too - I currently fit a TV stand, desk, shoe rack, and chest of drawers in there comfortably (these are mine and will be leaving with me, though I'm open to selling my IKEA desk if you'd like it).
The house:
- 2 bathrooms (you'd share with one other housemate)
- Large kitchen

The location:
- 10–15 min walk to both Angel and Old Street stations
- 1 minute from Regent's Canal

You'd be living with 3 guys, all sound, aged 26–28.
The cost:
£1,000pcm rent, plus bills roughly £50pm each (all-inclusive, including council tax).
