Double Room with its own terrace in Hoxton

Room A + terrace

This room comes furnished with a double bed, a small desk, and a wardrobe, and opens onto a patio area which you'll have to yourself. The mattress was changed the second of September, it’s brand new.
It's on the ground floor of a shared house on Bevenden Street in Hoxton.
Bills are included and WiFi is provided for free by the landlord. We have a cleaner that comes once a month and the cost of this is also included in the rent. We're a
5-minute walk from Old Street station which is on the northern line. We're very centrally located so we have easy access to more or less anything you might want to do in London, and we're in a great place for people who work in the centre. There is a santander station next to the house.
This property is just the ground floor. There's a bathroom and a kitchen with washing machine and dryer, no dishwasher. It's a 3 bed property. You’ll be sharing the house with Ben and Kate.

Regarding the move in date, it’s the first week of October I still don’t know yet the exact date at the moment.

Single occupency, no couples.

Full time working professional (with probation period passed), if not, or Student, then able to provide an UK based Guarantor.

We do not accept anybody on UC Universal Credit, Housing/Goverment Assistance, DSS, etc

-About Ben :

I work full time as an actuary and I'm looking to live with other full-time working professionals. I personally value peace and quiet very highly, so I'm looking for someone who wants to live somewhere quiet. I'm a considerate housemate in general and I don't make a mess, and l would like the same in return from anyone I'm living with.
Interests-wise, I enjoy reading and gaming. I work a lot and spend a lot of time with my girlfriend outside of work so I'm not necessarily around all that often, but I'd like to get to know the people I'm living with.

I’m a UCL Master’s student who enjoys movies, video games, badminton and chilled evenings at home. I’m looking for a quiet, clean and considerate flatmate who’s friendly and happy to socialise, but also values their own space and downtime.
