Hey guys, did 4 years in London and heading back to snowy mountains of Switzerland 🏔️
My room in a 3 bed, 1.5 bathroom flat will be available.
Please dont mind the mess, im currently packing my clothes🫣

📆 The Dates:

- My leave date is 5th of October but move in can be flexible.

🚪The Room:

- Fully furnished. Mattress, bed frame, bedside table, a Kallak unit from IKEA, large drawer for clothes. There is a £300 furniture cost as the whole place came unfurnished.
- £933 per month + bills

- Centrally located in Hoxton
- 10 min walk to Old street station Underground
- 6 min walk to Hoxton Overground
- 4 min walk to Lidl
- 5 min walk to Shoreditch park
- Large back yard
- Good heating
- Sunny with lots of windows
- Lots of storage space

💃🤷‍♀️ The Flatmates:

Jackie is a lovely Aussie 🇦🇺 and music buff. She works at a law firm by day and a master of pub trivia by night. She loves talking politics over a glass of wine, having a jam (sings and plays guitar beautifully) and gets around a party now and then.

Jak is our resident Brit 🇬🇧 He works for the gouvernement. He is our history buff, and is a joy to be around. He is always down to watch a series or a film together🎥
He is also a big Football Fan (Newcastle supporter☺️) so will watch Football with you!

Couldn’t ask for more friendly, well rounded and fun housemates.
