Double room in Hoxton

Hello!

We are looking for a new housemate in our
4-bed flat in Hoxton.

We are three women aged between 27-31, working in events, architecture and hospitality.

We are all pretty busy so we're looking for someone who will be clean, tidy and chill. Ideally we want someone to work from home no more than two days a week, and who works in the arts or creative industries. We want to live with a working professional who is a similar age to us.

The room is a double room on the ground floor of the flat with a separate loo. It comes with a bed and mattress, a chest of drawers and clothes rail.

We have a kitchen / sitting-room with a balcony, and a bathroom upstairs which you'll share with two of us.

In terms of location, we're 5 minutes from Hoxton overground station, 15 minute walk to Old Street, and there's a bus stop in front of our building.

The rent is £850 and bills are £84 due on 1st of the month
