We have 1 spacious bright room available in a friendly household in Hoxton Sq./Shoreditch/Old Street area. The room is

-It is a five split level property with great character,
-huge terrace at the back of the property with BBQ,
- good, fully equipped modern kitchen with 2 dining areas, -spacious bathroom with bathtub & shower,
- two separate WCs on different floors,
- new washing machine,
-Fibre optic Virgin broadband.

PLEASE NOTE that there is NO SITTING ROOM - though the unusually big for London terrace is a huge credit.

You can ask the cleaners to clean your room , change bedlinen, iron, etc- £15 per hour.

SMOKING
There is a policy of strictly NO SMOKING inside the property.

BIEKS
There is no facility for keeping bikes inside the house. There is a gated patio at the front with railings where bikes are kept.

It’s a well organised, mature household of four busy but easy-going young mature international professionals.

Being clean, considerate and respectful are qualities we value most.

BILLS
Gas & electricity bills are shared with the tenants

BROADBAND- You pay your share with the rent. £20 per month. Virgin fibreoptic. Plans to get a cheaper offer soon.

Council tax, water bills and weekly cleaning of the common parts are all care of the landlord. They are not included in the rent and the landlord pays for them.

Rent is paid every 4 weeks in advance- that makes £800 (just for reference- that makes appx. rent per month £866.)
Long term tenancy is preferred.
