The flat itself is set just behind Hoxton Street, it’s an amazing location; close to Brick Lane, Colombia Road, and all the great bars and restaurants Shoreditch has to offer. It’s only a five-minute walk to Hoxton overground, ten-minute walk to Old street station and a 15-minute walk into the City. There’s also plenty of bus stops nearby.

With the smaller room, we’d be happy to replace the double bed with a single to allow for more space, though the preference has previously been to keep the double bed, as the rest of the flat is so spacious, you spend more time hanging out on the lounge and garden, storage has never been a problem.
The rent for the rooms includes the cost of broadband, council tax and service charges. The gas, electric and water bills is to be shared amongst the tenants. The estimated cost of bills is approx. £20 each per month, obviously this is ultimately determined by tariffs and usage.
