This 1 bedroom flat in Lillian Penson is ready for someone to move into ASAP. The room is very large and spacious. You have your own kitchen appliances and bathroom. The room is in a student accommodation so you do have to be a student to secure it .
You would be able to move in at your earliest convenience, due to me already having vacated the room
The contract for the property would end in August however if you choose to leave before then you can simply sublease it and release to another student .
RENT- there is a £500 deposit and you can choose different instalment plans and can choose to pay monthly
