Room comes with double bed and closet with dresser. Terrace/ patio is off of the room. Shared large bathroom, kitchen, dining and living space.

Cost of bills are all included. There is also a cleaner for communal areas I pay for. I am a very tidy person.

Location is everything! Walkable to Notting Hill and everywhere across Hyde Park. Right off Elizabeth line and Heathrow express.

Hello - I am female professional in my 30s who live in this flat with my old cat. I am kept to myself, out with my friends or at my partner’s home across the street. I am very easy going as long as the place is kept hygienic, and the cat is kept inside the flat.

I am very flexible with who can take the room and dates. I am NOT flexible on the rent. Please find another place if you want this reduced.
