Sadly one of our current flatmates is moving out, so we have a huge double room available in our 3-bed flat next to Hyde Park!

The room is available from 14/10/2024 and the contract length is for minimum 1 year (and longer if you wish 🫶🏻)

💷 Rent: £1,600 per month including bills

👭🏻 You’ll be living with me, Oana and Vasilia (aged 25 and 26) working professionals who work in an office 6 days a week. We are both quiet, clean and tidy, and almost never at home. We are relaxed and friendly, but since we work a lot we mostly come home to relax, eat and sleep

👩🏻 We are looking for third professional girl who is clean, has similar interests and is respectful of noise and space.

🛏️ Master room- large windows, double bed, 3-door wardrobe, chest of drawers and a massive table and chairs- the room is bigger than the photos, so viewings are a great way for you to see the actual size!

🏡 The flat- located on the 6th floor and comprises of 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 full bathroom and a dining table and chairs in the corridor

🔐 The building- Park West is a large residential building with 24/7 porters, reception, and lift. You will always feel safe and secure in here

🌿 The area- Prime location, making it easy to reach a number of places by foot such as:
- Hyde Park (10 minutes walk)
- Oxford Street (12 minutes walk)
- Selfridges (14 minutes walk)
- Pure Gym and Fitness First Gym, Yoga Studios (12 minutes walk)
- Sainsbury’s, Tesco Express, Aldi, Waitrose (between 2-15 minutes walk)
