- With large windows, very bright & airy
- Very spacious King sized bedrooms with plenty of storage
- Landlord just changed new mattress & new headboard

🚫No party, no drugs and no smoking and no pets (landlord’s policy)

Looking for someone tidy, easygoing, calm & quiet in the night and respectful - looking for a peaceful, comfortable home in an amazing location. Someone doesn’t bring guests often. Prefer someone with a regular daytime schedule/routine. It would be great if you’re willing to do the weekly cleaning of the communal areas, or we can split the cost of a weekly professional cleaner.
