FAQ:
Q: Can I rent it without viewing?
A: No. You have to view it in person first. It is not good for you to pay a large amount of money without viewing anything in London. You have to view it in person. Whatever you are renting, even if it is not this house, you should view it in person before transferring any money.

Q: can I take the whole house and do rent to rent?
A: absolutely not!

Q: who are going to live there?
A: young professional in their 20s

Q: we are a couple, can we share a room?
A: no, you cannot. The rooms are for single occupancy only. The council would not let us rent to more than one person per room.

Q: can I take the whole house and rent out the lounge?
A: no. You cannot. We want to keep it as a communal space. The ground floor is a fully communal area that is over 500 sq ft.

Q: how much discount do I get?
A: It depends on your income and occupation.

Q: do you do video viewing? Can you send me more videos?
A: No. It is for your own safety. It is best to view in person and meet the existing housemates. We value their opinion. It is a two way street. You will be the person living with them. You need to see the place in person.
If you are in London and want to evaluate whether you want to view it in person, you are better off choosing somewhere that you like and it is worth your time to visit in person. We have hundreds of enquiries a day. Our tenants and our time are as valuable as yours. Rude behaviour towards our existing tenants is not tolerated. Our weekly cleaner has been with us for a long time. Please respect her.
