Advertised room is available for single occupancy so will be 3 sharers in total in whole property.. Other 2 residents like their privacy and peace and are busy young professionals.
Bills are 175£ per room - council tax, Internet, gas and water. 24 h concierge makes building super secure. Removal of rubbish on every floor is done on daily basis (special bin areas allocated)
In house cleaner will be coming every 2nd week to clean bathroom and kitchen
